Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 5–7 working days. Orders to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad) may arrive sooner. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.

Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change please contact us at info@aurelinbeauty.com or call us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to modify or cancel it.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey in real time.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at info@aurelinbeauty.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and include a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add a further 2–5 days depending on your provider.

Yes. Aurelin is committed to cruelty-free beauty. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals at any stage of production.

Many of our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. We recommend checking the full ingredient list on each product page before purchase. If you have a known allergy or skin condition, please consult a dermatologist before use.

Yes. All products carry a Period After Opening (PAO) symbol indicating how long the product remains safe to use once opened. Best before dates are also printed on packaging where applicable. Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and popular local payment options including Easypaisa and JazzCash for Pakistan-based customers. International orders may be paid via card or PayPal.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway using SSL encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you track orders, save addresses, view your order history, and earn loyalty points with every purchase.

Registered customers earn points on every purchase. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. You can view your current points balance and redemption options in the My Account section of the website.

Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder.

To request account deletion, please email us at info@aurelinbeauty.com with the subject line "Account deletion request". We will process your request within 7 working days and confirm once complete.
