Delivery estimates are from dispatch date. Delays may occur during public holidays or peak periods. International orders may be subject to customs clearance times.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Customs & import duties

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may be charged by your country's authorities upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside of Aurelin's control. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

What can be returned

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

The item is unused and unopened, in original packaging with all seals intact
Return request submitted within 7 days of your delivery date
Item was purchased directly from aurelinbeauty.com

What cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

Opened, used, or partially consumed products
Items returned after the 7-day window
Products without original packaging or with broken seals
Gift cards, promotional items, or final sale items
Products purchased from third-party retailers

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear photo of the damaged item and its packaging
Your order number

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. Return shipping is fully covered by Aurelin in these cases.

Return shipping costs

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Fully covered by Aurelin. We will provide a prepaid return label.

Change of mind or unwanted item
Customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot be liable for items lost in transit.

How to start a return

Email info@aurelinbeauty.com with your order number, items to return, and reason.

Await approval
We'll respond within 1–2 working days with return instructions and label (if applicable).

Pack and ship
Securely pack in original packaging. Do not send without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be processed.

Receive your refund
Refund processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 days to reflect the amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
