Free delivery across Pakistan
We offer free delivery on every order within Pakistan — no minimum spend required. Whether you're in Karachi, Lahore or a smaller town, your Aurelin order reaches you at no extra cost. We do not ship outside Pakistan at the moment.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery estimates are from dispatch date. Delays may occur during public holidays or peak periods.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 days to reflect the amount.
Delivery is free, so nothing is deducted from your refund for the original delivery.
