• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return
• For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used beauty and personal care products, unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required for all returns
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method
