What can be returned

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

The item is unused and unopened, in its original packaging with all seals intact
The return request is submitted within 7 days of your delivery date
The item was purchased directly from aurelinbeauty.com

What cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Opened, used, or partially consumed products
Items returned after the 7-day window
Products without original packaging or with broken seals
Gift cards, promotional items, or items marked as final sale
Products purchased from third-party retailers

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear photo of the damaged item and its packaging
Your order number

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Return shipping for damaged or incorrect items is fully covered by Aurelin.

Return shipping is fully covered by Aurelin. We will provide a prepaid return label.

Change of mind or unwanted item
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.

How to start a return

Contact us within 7 days
Email info@aurelinbeauty.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Await approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 working days with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Pack and ship the item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Please do not return items without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be processed.

Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 2–5 days to reflect the amount in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
